This is for the client who is dealing with short-term or lingering musculoskeletal pain or injury. Maybe you are a weekend warrior or simply overdid it on the house chores. After assessing your situation and learning of your goals, I will customize your session drawing from my knowledge of many different massage modalities which may include hot/cold therapy, cupping and implementation of Percussive tools.       

This blissful session is designed for those who simply want to peel away the stresses of everyday life.  Through the application of warm stones, essential oils, hot towels and long, soothing massage strokes, I will assist you with releasing tension and recentering. A perfect reset for the body, mind and soul. 

Lomilomi is a beautiful, Hawaiian Indigenous healing practice based upon the concept of living aloha - love, peace and unity. This session may include long strokes, movement, breathwork, prayer and intention setting. Please see  About - Sacred Lomi for more information. This massage is only offered in 90 minute session..

 During this session, you remain clothed on the massage table relaxing atop a warm Amethyst mat and there may be hand placements on the body or contactless healing if preferred. I may utilize acupressure points, guided meditation and crystals. We will invite your spirit guides and other light beings to assist and support our work together. At the conclusion of this sweet and loving session, you will be given three specific suggestions to assist you on the journey toward alignment.
